The Bakery Life: Spring has Sprung at Flour + Co!

Hmm…not only has spring sprung, but summer is only a couple of weeks away.  It’s the first year that I’m actually looking forward to the foggy and cold San Francisco summer since I moved here 8 years ago.  Turns out that all kinds of refrigeration and ovens in a small space with only one door and no working windows gets steamy…fast.  When it’s cold outside, it’s cozy, leaning towards uncomfortable inside. When it’s hot outside, it’s a sauna at Flour + Co.

I like to think that the extreme temperatures truly act as a sauna, thereby burning extra calories, thereby increasing one’s calorie allotment for the day.  It’s gotta be the truth.  It’s just gotta.  This is the only way my baked goods diet will work.

So, with the change of season (some that go along with the season and some just because), we have some changes in our lineup, and more coming in June.  Here’s a peek at some of the new goods (please excuse the photography).  I’m also including a few that you may have missed in the past few weeks.
